Our company is a leader in our country in the production of feldspar and quartz, and in the mines and treatment facilities of our company, we carry out crushing, screening, enrichment, grinding, packing operations in compliance with the demands of our customers.

The importance we attach to all our employees, guests and subcontractors to perform their jobs under safe conditions and to protect their health while performing their jobs is equal to the importance we attach to the quality of our product. In this respect, compliance with all current laws and regulations and other obligations regarding the health and safety of employees is of high priority for our management. We believe that all accidents and occupational diseases are preventable; we aim to keep them under control by preventing or minimizing occupational accidents and occupational diseases that may result from our activities.

Continuous improvement of our occupational health and safety management system is among our basic management principles and our main operational principles are determined as follows:

  • The issues regarding occupational health and safety will be given importance to the degree given to environment and quality by all management units (from top management to the lowest level of management).
  • Production or economic benefits cannot be given more importance than the issues related to the health and safety of our employees.
  • Our activities will be carried out in accordance with legal regulations and other requirements.

Application and Recruitment Process

The general applications made to our group are taken into the pre-assessment stage by Human Resources Department and our candidates are contacted when deemed necessary. We have competence criteria determined for each position in our group. During the recruitment process, the assessment is performed according to the suitability of the candidate to the qualifications and competencies required and it is evaluated if knowledge, skills, behaviors and motivations that all our employees need to adopt are present in our candidates.

During the evaluation stages, competency-based interviews are conducted; for the positions requiring foreign language knowledge, foreign language exam and translation practice are carried out to ensure that all our candidates are evaluated equally. In addition, all our candidates are subjected to various external tests such as personality inventory.

The reference control of our candidates, whose interview processes are positive, are checked and the job offer phase is started. Our candidates, whose job offers are positive, take the first step in their career journeys in Kaltun.

Internship Application Process

High school, university 4th grade or graduate students can be assigned within our Group during the internship period set forth by their schools. The students, assigned in line with our quotas, make observations during this internship period which we offer as an important development opportunity and, if there is an open position in our organization, they are considered primarily after their graduation. During the entire internship program, the legal processes between our company, schools and students are fully implemented.

Application and Recruitment Process

General applications made to our group are evaluated by our Human Resources Department and our candidates are contacted when deemed necessary. We have competence and qualification criteria determined for each position. During the recruitment process, the qualifications and competencies required by the position are evaluated according to the suitability of the candidate. It is evaluated whether the candidate has the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and motivations that all our employees should have.

Internship Application Process
  1. grade or graduate students of the university can be assigned duties within our Group during the internship period stipulated by their colleges. Our students, who are assigned in line with our quotas, observe the business environment during this internship period, where we offer an important development opportunity in business life, and if there is a suitable position within our company, given advantage for postgraduation evaluation. During the entire internship program, legal processes between our Group, related universities, and our students are completely implemented.
