Alımı gerçekleştirilen kırma makinasıyla ilk kırma kapasitesi yükseltildi.

Dünyada seramik teknolojisinde değişiklikler meydana geldi.

Yapılan araştırmalar sonunda Çine Gökbel Dağı'nın Seferler Bölgesi'nde potasyum feldspat bulundu.

D6 Dozer satın alındı ve ilk ocak üzeri açma çalışmalarına başlandı. Bünyemizde tava fırınları ve gelberiler el elekleri ile kurutulup Ege Seramik, Çayırova Cam Sanayii ve Paşabahçe Cam Fabrikası'na satışlar başladı.

1973

İlk iş makinası olarak traktör kepçe satın alındı. Söğüt Seramik'ten hisse alındı ve ortak olundu. Aynı zamanda kendilerine hammadde satışına başladı.

Cam Sektörü’ndeki ilk satış, Çayırova Cam Sanayii’ne gerçekleştirildi.

Our production and sales started to increase. 25-30 thousand tons / year sales figures were reached. By using the washing drums for the first time, the production amount increased from 3000 tons to 7000 tons.

1979

Changes have occurred in ceramic technology in the world.

1977

As a result of the researches, potassium feldspar was found in Seferler Region of the Çine Gökbel Mountain.

1975

D6 Dozer was purchased and work on the first quarry opening was started. Pan ovens and squeegees were dried with hand sieves and sales to Ege Seramik, Çayırova Glass Industry and Paşabahçe Glass Factory started.

1973

Tractor bucket was purchased as the first construction equipment. Shares were acquired from Söğüt Seramik, and partnered with them. At the same time, raw material sales to them was started..

1968

The first sale in the Glass Industry was made to Çayırova Glass Industry.

1967

A partnership was signed with Raşit Kalkan, a family from Çine county.

1966

The first sale was made to Sümerbank Bozüyük and Yarımca factories.

1965

The first production was carried out at Teliçi Mine in our Sarıkısık location. As the first corporate company, sales were made to Çanakkale Seramik.

1964

Our founder Mehmet Tuncer entered the mining industry by finding feldspar for the first time in our region, and became the father of feldspar.

In our project, which we started in order to overcome the prejudice that women cannot do the jobs attributed to men, to increase women’s employment, to give women their economic and social rights and to contribute to the elimination of gender inequality, our 8 female drivers have already started to take the loads from skirts to peaks.

Application and Recruitment Process

The general applications made to our group are taken into the pre-assessment stage by Human Resources Department and our candidates are contacted when deemed necessary. We have competence criteria determined for each position in our group. During the recruitment process, the assessment is performed according to the suitability of the candidate to the qualifications and competencies required and it is evaluated if knowledge, skills, behaviors and motivations that all our employees need to adopt are present in our candidates.

During the evaluation stages, competency-based interviews are conducted; for the positions requiring foreign language knowledge, foreign language exam and translation practice are carried out to ensure that all our candidates are evaluated equally. In addition, all our candidates are subjected to various external tests such as personality inventory.

The reference control of our candidates, whose interview processes are positive, are checked and the job offer phase is started. Our candidates, whose job offers are positive, take the first step in their career journeys in Kaltun.

Internship Application Process

High school, university 4th grade or graduate students can be assigned within our Group during the internship period set forth by their schools. The students, assigned in line with our quotas, make observations during this internship period which we offer as an important development opportunity and, if there is an open position in our organization, they are considered primarily after their graduation. During the entire internship program, the legal processes between our company, schools and students are fully implemented.

Application and Recruitment Process

The general applications made to our group are taken into the pre-assessment stage by Human Resources Department and our candidates are contacted when deemed necessary. We have competence criteria determined for each position in our group. During the recruitment process, the assessment is performed according to the suitability of the candidate to the qualifications and competencies required and it is evaluated if knowledge, skills, behaviors and motivations that all our employees need to adopt are present in our candidates.

During the evaluation stages, competency-based interviews are conducted; for the positions requiring foreign language knowledge, foreign language exam and translation practice are carried out to ensure that all our candidates are evaluated equally. In addition, all our candidates are subjected to various external tests such as personality inventory.

The reference control of our candidates, whose interview processes are positive, are checked and the job offer phase is started. Our candidates, whose job offers are positive, take the first step in their career journeys in Kaltun.

Internship Application Process

High school, university 4th grade or graduate students can be assigned within our Group during the internship period set forth by their schools. The students, assigned in line with our quotas, make observations during this internship period which we offer as an important development opportunity and, if there is an open position in our organization, they are considered primarily after their graduation. During the entire internship program, the legal processes between our company, schools and students are fully implemented.
